2. Who we are and what this site is for

Golden Keys Roofing ("GKSC," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed Florida general contractor and roofing contractor serving Palm Beach County, Florida. This site provides information about our roofing and new-construction services and lets you request an inspection, estimate, or callback. It is informational and does not create a contractor–client relationship.

3. Licensing

GKSC holds Florida state licenses CGC1534158 (Certified General Contractor) and CCC1335316 (Certified Roofing Contractor). We perform only work permitted under those licenses and within the jurisdictions we serve. License status can be verified through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

4. Estimates, proposals, and pricing tools

• Any price range, estimator output, calculator result, or figure shown on this site is a non-binding, budgetary illustration only.
• Actual pricing depends on an on-site inspection, measurements, roof or structural condition, material selection and availability, code and permit requirements, and access conditions.
• No estimate becomes binding until it is issued in writing by GKSC and signed by both parties. Written proposals are valid only for the period stated on the proposal.
• Submitting a form does not reserve a crew, guarantee a schedule date, or obligate either party to proceed.

5. Free inspections and site visits

Free inspections are offered for properties within our service area, at our discretion, and require that a person authorized to permit access be available. Findings from an inspection describe conditions observed on the date of the visit and are not a home inspection, engineering report, code compliance certification, or appraisal.

6. Work is governed by your signed contract

All work is performed under a separate written contract or proposal that controls scope, price, payment schedule, change orders, schedule, allowances, permitting responsibility, and warranty. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the signed contract governs.

7. Warranties

Workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms — including coverage, duration, exclusions, transferability, and registration requirements — are stated in your contract and in the manufacturer's warranty documents. Statements on this website are summaries and do not extend, modify, or create any warranty. Except as expressly written in your contract, GKSC makes no warranties, express or implied.

8. Insurance and storm claims

GKSC is a contractor, not a public adjuster, insurance agent, or legal representative. We can document damage, provide scopes and photographs, and meet your adjuster on site, but we do not negotiate, adjust, or guarantee the outcome of any insurance claim, and we do not offer to waive, absorb, or rebate any insurance deductible.

9. Photos, project galleries, and content accuracy

Project photos, case studies, timelines, and the animated roof-replacement sequence on this site are illustrative examples of past work or typical process. They do not predict the appearance, duration, or result of your project. Product colors and finishes shown on screen may differ from physical samples. We work to keep content current but do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or error-free, and we may change it at any time.

10. Communications

By submitting a form or calling us, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your request, at the number and address you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of law.
• Do not submit false, fraudulent, or third-party contact information.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the site or transmit harmful code.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or contact data from the site.

12. Intellectual property

The Golden Keys Roofing name, logo, photography, text, and design elements on this site are owned by GKSC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida. Disputes about contracted work are resolved as provided in your signed contract.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted here and the "Last updated" date is revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
